FLEXIBLE RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
*Full refunds are available for cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled start time. If you wish to cancel your reservation between 72 and 48 hours prior to your start time you can either reschedule (1 time only) for a $10 fee or cancel and receive a 50% refund. No refunds or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice. Cancellations & rescheduling requests must be emailed to [email protected].
LATE RETURNS (rentals)
We understand things happen and sometimes you need a few extra minutes so we offer a grace period of 5 minutes and only $20 for returns that are 6-15 minutes late. But late returns cause overtime, staffing modifications and other expenses to be incurred, so returns more than 15 minutes late will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, starting from the agreed upon return time until the equipment is returned. All rentals must be returned during regular published office hours or charged at this rate until the next opening time.
BEYOND OUR CONTROL POLICY
We do not issue refunds due to poor weather. However, should cancellation of a reservation be necessary due to government mandated policies restricting travel, a ferry cancellation on the day of the reservation or an equipment failure on our end, a full refund will be issued same day as long as you request the refund via email to [email protected] stating your name, date, reservation number and reason for requesting the refund.
GOLF CART AND E- BIKE RULES VIOLATIONS
Any violation of the posted Golf Car & E-Bike Rules and Regulations witnessed by the compliance officer, O.P.P. officer or company employee will result in loss of the $500 deposit without possibility of protest and immediate cancellation of the balance of the rental without refund.
