NO REFUNDS WHEN RULES ARE BROKEN

Pelee Island Adventures does not issue refunds for rentals or fines when it is determined by the Pelee Island Adventures Compliance Officer that a renter has broken one or more of the published 2026 golf cart rules.  The rental agreement is conditional to the renter accepting this policy.  Potential renters who do not agree to this policy should not rent the golf cart or e-bike. There are no refunds when a renter violates the rental rules or terms and conditions of his rental agreement.

 

FLEXIBLE RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY (tours and rentals)

*Full refunds (less a $15 charge from the credit card processer to reverse the charges) are available for cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled start time.  If you wish to cancel your reservation between 72 and 48 hours prior to your start time you can either reschedule (1 time only) for a $20 fee or cancel and receive a 50% refund.  No refunds or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice.  All cancellation & rescheduling requests must be emailed to: [email protected].

 

BEYOND OUR CONTROL POLICY (tours and rentals)

We do not issue refunds due to poor weather.  However, should cancellation of a reservation be necessary due to government mandated policies restricting travel, a ferry cancellation on the day of the reservation or an equipment failure on our end, a full refund will be issued same day as long as you request the refund via email to [email protected] stating your name, date, reservation number and reason for requesting the refund within 48 hours of the reservation date.

PET POLICES for tours and restaurant

While we love dogs, to be respectful of others on the tour, pets and service animals are not permitted behind the Vin Villa gates.  Animals should be left outside the fence in the shade with water.  Well behaved dogs are allowed on the deck of Stone House 1891 but only documented service animals are allowed inside the restaurant.
