Three unique courses followed by a custom dessert, paired to perfection with wines and other beverages to create an evening of unforgettable dining sensations. Using the freshest locally sourced ingredients and domestic as well as imported beverages, award winning chef Aaron Laforest personally explains the origins and preparations of each course and paring upon presentation as only he can do. Should you need to return to the mainland that evening, the 5:45pm dinner reservations make catching the 8pm ferry easy.
