Additional Information

Pre-booking a minimum of 1 day in advance required. Walk off the ferry and check in at Pelee Island Adventures, located an easy 1 minute walk from the ferry terminal in the Tour Information Centre adjacent to Stone House 1891 restaurant.

Check in between 3:30 and 3:45 at Pelee Island Adventures located at the Tour Information Centre adjacent to Stone House 1891 Restaurant.

Guided portion of the tour ends at 6:20 pm just in time for your delicious dinner on the lakefront deck at Stone House 1891.

This all inclusive late afternoon / early evening adventure on Pelee Island focuses on Pelee's rich wine making past and Vin Villa's place in history, as well as the historic Stone House 1891 and its interesting past during Prohibition and how it was reborn as an example of environmentally sustainable development into its current role as Canada's southernmost  brewery and unique dining destination.   Your experience includes drinks with dinner and desert on the beautiful Stone House 1891 Lakefront Deck, as well as all your on-island transportation.  Making it easy to leave your car on the mainland and just walk on the ferry!  Just walk off the ferry, turn right and your adventure begins after checking in at the Pelee Island Adventures office adjacent to the Stone House 1891 restaurant.

Ride on Dolley the Trolley**

Tour up the island’s west side of the island to Vin Villa

 

Vin Villa - Behind the Gates Tour

An entertaining tour of Canada’s first commercial winery along with a Pelee Island Wine tasting in the cellars!

See Hulda’s Rock and receive a souvenir bronze medallion Vin Villa wine won at the 1878 World’s Fair in Paris France.

Trolley back down the west side in time to enjoy a cold complimentary glass of Pelee Island Wine or Stone House 1891 Craft Beer (or non-alcoholic beverage) as you take in the short fun and informative Stone House 1891 Tour while your dinner is being prepared.

 

Dinner on the Lakefront Deck at Stone House 1891: At the end of your adventure a drinks, a delicious dinner and housemaid dessert await you on the lakefront deck of the restaurant Lake Erie Living Magazine called “Best Island Dining on Lake Erie”!
